High Tg FR406 Material from PCB Trace Technologies Inc.

We have formulated our high Tg FR406 material for superior performance, especially through multiple thermal excursions. It passes 6x solder tests at 288 °C. We have optimized it for enhanced drilling performances. This allows holes with high aspect ratio less than or equal to 10 mils. This material has a unique resin chemistry offering CAF resistance along with benefits such as long-term reliability even when the PCB design has small features. Additionally, the material offers improved productivity as it cures fast with our current fabrication techniques.
